Dear Mrs. Hansell:
I am very sorry that I have no I have no more news to give you than you already possess, either of your grandson or of my son. I take it that you knew that the plane had been found, with one of the occupants recognized, five of whom they could not identify, and two unaccounted for.
I will keep your address and let you know at once if I get any further information. I have made the same promise to Mr. Elder. My son was happy and proud to be serving with this Canadian crew.
