Dear Father and Mother,
Just a few lines to you. I was at Calgary Show yesterday. I saw Uncle Tom and he said I had to tell you that he would shake you if he had you here. You have never written to him for goodness knows when and it is your turn. He wanted to know when I was going up to see him and said I could go anytime. He wanted me to go back with him from the fair but of course I couldn't as [?]knew nothing about it. Joe and his wife want me to go and see them soon. We had a band at the show. All soldiers. They were fine. This is some paper you once sent me to write back with. I have run short so am using it. Well I guess I must close now. With love to all. From your loving son & brother. Reggie
