Dear Mom & Dad:

This is a very short note to let you know that I am OK.

I received a letter from you and Wannie yesterday the first for a long time. I also received two bundles of papers.

Dan is back with us for a short while. He is a dispatch rider now.

I haven't time to write a letter just now so this note will have to suffice for the time being.

I bought a set of drafting instruments last week and am going right to town with them.

Will write more the next chance.
