Dear Sister :- Just a few lines to let you know I have not forgotten you its time I wrote you a big letter but some how the time slips away so fast. I saw Bob Rae yesterday John Beere is not with him now. He has a job behind the lines so he will have a good time now. I am writing on German paper with a German pencil which we got of prisoners a few days ago. Well I must close now Write soon From Earl
