Mr. & Mrs. J. Senton,
Box 150,
Simpson, Sask.
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Senton:-
It is with deepest regret that we have seen the name of your son, Claude, in the Casualty List as 'Presumed Dead'.
These words are only used of a missing man when no news over a long period makes it appear unlikely that he is alive. We had hoped that your anxiety might have had a happier termination, but, for your comfort, you will always have the proud memory of his service to his country.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs. Jackson W. Cook,
Director.
