Thursday September 14, 1916

To-day is a repetition of the last few days; munitions of all kinds pouring in and limbers coming in, loading up and taking the stuff to the different brigade headquarters. From there it will be re-distributed to the battalions. In a short time, every shell hole will have a gun in it adding to the terrible uproar. Batteries are in the open field here, depending on our aeroplanes to keep the German machines back from spying on us.
