Dear Jean:

Your airgraph of 14 Feb arrived on 16th. Glad you got some fuel at last - if the weather is seasonable from now on, you should not be too cold. It is certainly getting down to tough times to have to burn green hemlock. Seems to me that there is a bit of racketeering going on in the fuel supply at home. I'd like to get my hands on the grafters. They should be shot just like the Nazi gangsters.
Mary ought to be like a princess with her room all fixed up. Her mother is good to her. I forgot all about St Valentine's day - it was dad's birthday also Mrs Morris's.

We have been very busy this past week, and it will continue - however that's what we like. I sent my leaflet to orchard, FDM, the Post-War Rehabilitation Council and a few others. It will be interesting to see the reaction - I think it is well know now - rather than when its too late to do anything about it.

Well dear I must get some shut-eye

Love to you both -

Ger.
