L.COL ARMOUR SENDS THANKS.
(FROM ENGLAND)

Lieut-Colonel Donald Armour, surgeon-In chief at the Queen's Canadian, Military Hospital, Shornecliffe, has written to Miss Kathleen Warner acknowledging the receipt of $75.00 toward the work of the hospital, proceeds of the organ recital given by Miss Warner at St. Peter's church. Col. Armour says:

I find it difficult to adequately express to you my deep appreciation of your great kindness in organizing the recital which has benefited our hospital, to the extent of $75.00. I can assure you by your efforts the work of the Hospital has been very greatly assisted, and you have done much to add to the well-being of our sick wounded soldiers. The programme which you enclosed interested me so much, and seeing the name of my old friend, Prof. Dickinson, brought back many happy memories of my old Cobourg days.
Please accept my warmest thanks and be assured of my deep appreciation of your practical interest and sympathy.
Sincerely yours,
DONALD ARMOUR.
