Dear Dad:-
Well, I'm still at rest camp and going stronger than ever. It's rainy and very cold out today so all we have to do is sit in our rooms and bums and write letters. My mail must have gone west for two weeks now as I haven't had a smell of a letter for that time.
The Major came down to see me the other day and told me to take it easy and get really well before going back to the battery which I certainly intend doing. In my absence they've had two more guns out so I'm lucky to have missed the shelling. No casualties luckily.
Hope things are still as usual with you all at home. Love to Ella & Nen. Be good.
Bev
