Dear Doctor

I have just received yours this morning. I have not given G[?] a deed but intend giving one through George McMicking. Simply stating the number of lot and the part thereof 50 acres as we have had no survey of course we cannot give the particulars but the other will be all that is necessary in my opinion. I am going home tonight, tomorrow being a day of thanksgiving!
