Dear Folks:

Just another note to let you know I've found Peener & we're back in London again. He came to Endinburgh the morning after Chief left so he missed him but you see I had only put in half my leave so it suited me down to the ground. He is looking fine and has no scars at all, except one of his front teeth is broken off & makes him look funny. We spend about two days doing nothing but talking. The first night we layed in bed & talked for four hours. He wanted to apply for an extention so we came back to London last night and are staying at the Union Jack Club. I have still a couple of days left so I'm planning on seeing Drury Lane Theatre before I go. Thats about the only place in London I havent seen yet

I'm going to try & hunt up Fred too before I go back but I guess it will be quite a job for he may not be in London.

Peener has just finished a letter to Helen Bridgeman & is waiting so I'll ring off.

Love to Everybody and expect a better letter next time.

Sincerely Bill
