I am well and hope that you are the same
I got your letter to day and was glad to get it and thank you for sending me the service that you sent me of thanksgiving day.

Yous people did not put in all the places were the Canadians were fitting for they were in more deraps [?] than your people put in the service there is hill 70 th. and and Before that and Before the how is that man that lay in the hospital mo and he came out with the first contingent for I do not know how he is please let me know for I would like to know who he is
Will I head a good xmas this is I head my dinner with the Batt. And then went to the place were I was staying and head a nother dinner with them the people around here are good to us fellow.
I hope to Be home soon I would like to Be home for spring.
I am on the old Waterllo Beattle ground here and it looks nice to.
