Ottawa June 20th

Dearest Mother & All.

At last it is sunday again, will I am stell on leave, I have been on leave sense Friday night, But am going back to reaport tonight I was out to queens park yesterday and had a very nice time. it is twelve miles from Ottawa and it only cost you 15¢ to go out there and back, and last night I was at the Smoker that was given for the soldiers in the soldiers club, it was very nice we had all the smoking we wonted & ice cream, & music I am up at the club now writing this letter, they have got a very nice club, it is run by the ladys of town for the soldiers only, it is a nice place to come at set & read & write,

I have not got my new uniform yet But I think I will be geting it tomorrow all of the boys from Vancr has got to go befor the Docter tomorrow so will have a busy day of it, Ottawa is a nice place but am not in love with it There is all kinds & girls But nearly all French, some cant talk English at all, I dont think there is any more news. But I hope you are not worrying any more for I think I will be Home soon, How is every thing in Vancr, I dont think there is a nicer city going then Vancr, I am not atall in love with Ontario B.C. is got in all over this country.

How is Emily and all tell Emily to write as I wrot her a card and she never ans it, and tell Hazel & Greta to write as I do not find much time to write myself. and I have no money to buy any stamps & I dont know when I will be paied again. so one letter will do you all.
