My dear Beau.-

I take the liberty of encroaching upon the time of a busy man to ask a favor. Mr. Conover is anxious to obtain the address of a Mr. E.J. Bright and to know if he is a married man. Carroll is [?] a mortgage against some property in Port Angeles and this Mr. Bright is one of the defendants, and he would esteem it a great favor if you would let him know at your earliest convenience.

I hope always that you hear good news of your dear boys. Give my love to Louise and family. Why don’t you come over some week end and give us a chance of introducing my husband. I consider him quite worth-while.
