Letter

Dear Mrs. Boggs,
When Mr. Boggs handed me Herbert’s photograph I was surprised and thank you for thinking of me at this time. I will always treasure it on account of my friendship for Herbert and your thoughtfulness.
I sympathize with you all and wish I could do something to lighten the blow which has fallen so heavily and unexpectedly on you and yours but time alone can do that but you can rest in the knowledge that if ever any one did his duty Herbert did and what is more has proved it.
With kindest regards,
I am,
Believe me,
Yours sincerely
Bessie Pratt.
