Just a short note thanking you all for the wonderful box of chocolates received from you, last week.

It came as a surprise to me, but I am all the more thankful.

It means a lot to receive lovely parcels like that, especially “Canadian made”

I’ve met quite a few Transcona boys over here and so we never seem to miss much news.

You often overhere think of the good old days when we were there, I only hope it won’t be long until we can renew them again.

Well its lights out so I will close now but I just want to wish you all a very Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year, and thanks again for the parcel, it was really tops.
