Letter
June 16th 1927
Dear John:-
I cannot tell you how sorry I was to learn of the great loss which you have recently sustained through the death of your son.
Will you kindly accept and convey to the other members of the family my sincere and heartfelt sympathy in your sad bereavement.
It is very difficult at a time like this to find words which bring any comfort to those who have lost one who was so dear to them, but I trust that you may all be given strength to bear up under the blow.
Yours sincerely,
J.C. Elliott
