My Dear Wife;

Just a line to let you know that I am well and hope you and the children are the same. Am sending you a parcel with this mail. The hand bag is for you, and the brooches for Mrs B, Mrs Geary,and dont smile, (?) and yourself. There are 4 rings for the children. The brooches are made of aluminum. from the nose cap of Fritz's shells. wm Hearne is camped near here, and was over to see me today. He is looking fit. Today is a corker raining and blowing all day With love & kisses
