Dear sister- I received your letter of Sept 15th yesterday I got it and one from Flossie and one from Rollie in the same envelope. I had one from Milf the same day.

I am enclosing a page out of a magazine I found telling something about Nephritis. I am getting along fine. I have no idea how long I will be here yet but I guess it will be some time yet. I have been down town several times but it isn’t much of a place. Mrs. Ballantyne The Red Cross lady gave six of us a theatre party last Saturday afternoon and then took us to tea and sent us back in a taxi.  She is awfully good to us.  Well Rose I hope I soon hear from you people regular.  I never had a parcel since July so I guess I should have some somewhere but I may never see them.  Well I think this is all for this time.
