Dearest Jeanie.-

Well here it is saturday nite and I’m being very good to-nite it is 9 p.m. and I’m getting all set to go to bed. (I guess I’m getting old) but we have to fly to-morrow that is another reason. I am waiting impatiently for monday. (mail to you) and there had better be a letter from you amongst it. I didnt do anything but loaf to-day we were supposed to fly to-day but the aircraft was unserviceable so we go to-morrow morning about 4.30 am. it is worse than working nite shift. Its sure going to be a lonely xmas for me this year but I should be able to get home about February or march so the quicker xmas comes and goes the better I’ll like it. I suppose both the kids are looking forward to xmas right now.? They are planning a big xmas and New years Party for the whole station to be held on the 29th of Dec. I guess it will be quite an affair they always put lots of money and effort into it. Well my love I cant think of any thing else to say right now so good nite darling
